Elmira, Canada Rigarus Construction Inc Full time

**Essential Functions**:

- Request supplier and subcontractor pricing and coordinate the work of subcontractors.
- Assist in procuring material, equipment, and services.
- Assist field crews with orders, equipment, materials, etc.
- Prepare and submit RFQs, change order requests, and other respective documentation related to contract change management.
- Project invoicing and tracking.
- Assist with schedule changes and or updates, as required.
- Update client project information when required.
- Complete and assemble redlines, photos, client submittals, and closeout documentation.
- Support cost control, proper coding, and managing projects within budget.
- Inventory and/or equipment monitoring, tracking/issuing materials, supplies and gear.
- Processes material packing slips verifying quantities and receipt of materials report discrepancies.
- Create and update documents and/or templates, such as method-of-procedures, and process documents.
- Review and approve timesheets for payroll and cost control purposes.
- Perform other related administrative or project-based duties as assigned.
- Some tasks may require travel to outdoor job site locations (CSA-approved footwear required).

**Requirements**:

- Graduation from a recognized post-secondary engineering or technical program in a related field.
- Exceptional analytical, planning, problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work to deadlines.
- Exceptional project administration and management skills.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication (written and verbal) skills.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office programs, including Word and Excel.
- Reliable, with a positive attitude.
- Maintains the highest level of service to clients and customers.
- Motivated to learn and grow in the telecommunications industry.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

**Salary**: From $22.00 per hour
