Orillia, Canada Orillia Brewing Company Inc Full time

Overview:

- An intermediate to comprehensive understanding of our beer portfolio, a willingness to learn the brewing and production process, and the ability to recommend food menu items, beer, wine, and other beverage based on knowledge of the customers tastes and our offerings
- Maintaining all Company standards and guidelines provided by the Operations Manager and CCBC Management Team
- Executing on daily tasks, including all opening and closing procedures, cash outs, online and onsite retail sales order fulfillment
- Private event service and brewery tours when it is safe to do so
- Experience and knowledge with policies and alcohol service regulations (AGCO / Smart Serve)

Qualifications and Experience:

- 1-3+ years (FOH) front of house experience, preferably time actively spent working, volunteering and/or academically involved in the Ontario craft beverage industry
- Knowledge and/or experience with POS systems and/or industry related operational management systems and software (i.e. Square, Touch Bistro, Moneris/Chase)
- SmartServe Certification required, WHMIS, First Aid and CPR and other related training preferred
