Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding service to banquet functions and events, ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Prepare and present food and beverages to the highest standards, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Set up banquet facilities for various events, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Manage cash handling and balance floats, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Respond to guest requests and concerns, providing solutions and exceeding expectations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Previous food service and cash handling experience, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, handling multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a pleasant and outgoing personality.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs repeatedly during a shift, with a focus on physical stamina and endurance.
  • French language skills (verbal and written) are an asset, with a focus on cultural competence and diversity.
