Job Title: Banquet Server

We are seeking a skilled Banquet Server to join our team at EightSix Network. As a Banquet Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring a seamless dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to banquet functions and events
  • Maintain the presentation of food and beverages in Entertainment Centre, Concession, and Banquet facilities
  • Set up Banquet facilities for various functions and events
  • Accept payments for items sold and balance float
  • Meet guest requests and provide superior customer service
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Previous food service and cash handling experience an asset
  • Previous concession experience, including back-stage catering, meeting set-ups, and coffee break service, is an asset
  • Pleasant and outgoing personality
  • Ability to handle large volumes in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs repeatedly during a shift
  • French language skills (verbal and written) are an asset
