**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assisting the sales team with project follow up and administration
- Quoting and updating projects in CRM
- Preparing reports and delivering monthly updates on the status of projects
- Follow through with project lead generation and tracking from various sources
- Supporting communication between sales representatives and their customers
- Occasionally participating in industry events outside of regular business hours
- Other duties as assigned to meet the ongoing needs of the organization
- Opportunity for a hybrid work structure
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Dynamics
- Ability to take initiative, maintain confidentiality, meet deadlines, and work in fast-paced, team environment.
- Valid Ontario driver’s license.
- Applicants must be able to pass a pre-employment driver and background check.
