Mixer Product Manager

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Develop, coach, mentor, motivate and hold accountable employees in the mixer group.
- Oversees the preparation, including quoting and final approval of project plans.
- Conducts or acquires cost analysis for development projects; prepares or delegates preparation of schedule of project completion dates.
- Ensures that projects are completed within budget and in an economical manner.
- Achieve Bookings and Revenue targets.
- Ensure that the Budget GM% is realized by keeping pricing in sync. with current costs.
- Working with the marketing department to design print and online promotional materials for the company's products and services.
- Identifying where improvements can be made and developing sales plans and strategies to achieve sales goals.
- Manage relationships with rep / channel partner sales partners, and sister companies.
- Outlining and managing sales budgets.
- Setting quarterly and annual sales goals.
- Monitoring the market and competitor products and activities and providing detailed sales forecasting.
- Reviewing customer activity, anticipating consumer needs, and improving customer satisfaction.
- Creating sales reports and providing feedback to the leadership team at company meetings.
- Establishing and maintaining key customer relationships.
- Assists / guide Regional Sales Managers and / or Applications Engineers on selection of the mixers.
- Assist R&D activity to develop and enhance products.
- Assists with warranty issues.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Physical:

- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Mental
- Language: The use of the English language, both Oral and Written.
- Requires daily communication with multiple departments to insure maximum efficiency.

Education & Skills:

- Engineering Degree in either Mechanical or Chemical Engineering discipline
- Master's degree in a business-related field may be advantageous.
- Minimum of 7 years experience in a sales leadership position.
- Minimum of 4 years experience working in a selling role and with sales technology and CRM software.
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in a leadership role may be advantageous.
- Strong working knowledge of the company's products, competitive products, and the market.
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Great strategic planning, organizational, and creative thinking skills.

**Experience**:

- 7+ years of hands-on, progressive experience in related field

Working Conditions:

- Hours of operation: 8:30 to 4:30pm
