**Administrative Assistant to Financial Advisors**

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Financial Advisors in providing efficient administrative and client service support.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to Financial Advisors, including calendar management and meeting scheduling.
- Coordinate and track client onboarding and account opening processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain client records and files, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Prepare client meeting materials, including reports, presentations, and investment performance summaries.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of client communications, such as newsletters, market updates, and educational materials.
- Coordinate and support client events, seminars, and workshops.
- Collaborate with internal departments, such as operations, compliance, and marketing, to ensure seamless client service delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to financial advisory services to provide input on marketing and client service campaigns.
- Work closely with other administrative assistants and cross-training on other branch functions.
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as managing office supplies, handling incoming calls, and maintaining office organization.
- General office housekeeping and ordering of supplies.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in business administration or finance is a plus.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in handling paperwork and client information.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of financial services and investment products is preferred.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

**Salary**: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
