**Qualifications & Skills**
- BA in business administration or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Above average Accounting knowledge and experience
- People person with proven supervisory, teamwork and collaboration skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Knowledge of business management principles
- Good judgement, problem solving and decision making abilities; impeccable planning and organizing skills; time management; and attention to detail

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Consult with executives to understand company strategy and culture; provide leadership to personnel by demonstrating and communicating company values
- Research, implement and administer office systems and procedures: (Google & Microsoft Suites, QuickBooks Online, Slack, WordPress, Humi etc.)
- Manage administration department and perform Accounts Receivable duties: create and send out invoices & monthly statements to customers; follow-up with customer past dues; and receive payments (Visa / MasterCard and direct deposit processing & cheque deposits to the bank)
- Partner with personnel to on-board new employees, update & maintain Human Resource policies, administer company benefits, participate in performance reviews
- Ensure office work environment is safe, secure, and running as efficiently as possible. Managing furniture, filing, and storage systems, office supplies etc. Retain, protect, retrieve, and dispose of records, ensuring the security, integrity accuracy and confidentiality of data
- Schedule and organize admin meetings, and company events (ie. Christmas get together)

**Job Type**:
Permanent - In Office (Port Coquitlam) Monday to Friday 8:30am-4:30pm

**Experience**:
Office Management: 5 years (preferred)

**Education**:
Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Language**:
Fluent English (required)

**Salary**: $25.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
