- **Responsibilities**_
- help management lead administrative staff
- ability to coordinate staff schedules
- work closing with management team to create and promote marketing campaigns
- monitor customer relations and clinic productivity
- track project outcomes and sales, present / monthly meetings with management
- help lead trainings and organize program material
- help our patients feel welcomed
- enforce company policy with all patients
- manage general housekeeping (light cleaning duties)
- able to fold laundry and keep office tidy
- sanitizing high traffic areas
- answer phone calls
- make appointments
- manage health insurance billing
- promote new products/therapies/therapists
- issue invoices
- manage data on excel sheets (if needed)
- collect payments
- keep inventory of medical supplies
- enforce Communicable Disease Protocols
- assist administrators / therapists with other tasks as needed

- Able to work mainly Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays
- minimum of two shifts per week required
- Occasional Saturdays (when needed only)

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and check in patients.
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments.
- Update patient records in the electronic health record system.
- Collect and enter patient information into the system.
- Assist with billing and coding tasks.
- Assist with medical procedures and treatments as directed by the physician.
- Ensure that all medical supplies are stocked and ready for use.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 16-30 per week

**Salary**: $19.50-$24.00 per hour
