The role of the Accounts Receivable Collections and Accounting Administration is to perform AR collections and accounting administration activities for McKesson Specialty Pharmacy.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collect aging and outstanding invoices that are outside of agreed terms
- Work with all appropriate parties to resolve accounting related issues
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of all information
- Professional approach in dealing with Clients
- Data entry
- Filing
- Other administrative responsibilities

**Minimum Requirement**:

- 0-1 years of experience. May have vocational qualification

**Additional Requirements**:

- Accounting or any related field an asset
- AR Collections and Accounting Administration is an asset
- Solid understanding of Accounts Receivable and collections
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Professional phone etiquette
- Ability to work independently and with others
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience with Quick Books is a preferred
- Pharmaceutical experience is an asset

As part of Total Rewards, we are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKesson. This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.

**Our Base Pay Range for this position**

$31,700 - $52,800
