**Job Title: Estimator**

**Position Overview**

Reporting to the General Manager, the Estimator is an important member of the management team with a significant role in the overall performance of the company. We are looking for a seasoned professional to join our team who can hit the road running.

**Job Duties**
- Inspect buildings to determine the work needed to stabilize emergency sites and then return buildings back to their original condition while ensuring compliance with codes and desired standards
- Dispatch crews to complete emergency assignments
- Establish scope and standards for construction projects
- Estimate the equipment, manpower and materials required to accomplish each project using industry approved software
- Respond to Emergencies on a 24 hour on call basis on a rotation schedule
- Ensure company protocol is followed and industry Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) are met or exceeded
- Manage existing client relationships and foster and grow new relationships with industry partners
- Ensure all Health and Safety policies and procedures are adhered to
- Provide excellent customer service
- Work under time constraints to meet specific timelines

**Qualifications**
- A minimum of 3+ years’ experience, preferably in the Restoration industry
- Construction / Restoration / Insurance experience preferred
- Possesses solid computer skills
- IICRC certification in Fire and Smoke, Odour Control and/or Water Damage preferred
- Experience managing people and projects
- Comprehensive understanding of customer service, principles and practices
- Eligible to operate a motor vehicle per **WINMAR®’s **vehicle policy
- Ability to work within a team or independently as needed
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Criminal Record Check

**Compensation**

We offer a strong compensation package which may vary based on specific skills and experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $65,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
