**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a skilled Construction Estimator to join our team. The Construction Estimator will be responsible for analyzing project specifications and blueprints to prepare accurate and timely cost estimates for construction projects.

**Duties**:

- Utilize Builder Trend software to prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects
- Analyze project plans, specifications, and requirements to determine accurate costs
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to understand project scope
- Conduct on-site visits to assess project requirements and gather necessary information
- Negotiate with suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors to obtain competitive pricing
- Prepare and submit bids, proposals, and change orders in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of estimates, bids, and related documentation
- Utilize software for quantity take-offs and estimating

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in Construction Estimating
- Proficiency in software for estimating purposes
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $35.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week
