**Responsibilities**
- Establish and maintain a comprehensive quality assurance strategy and framework aligned with company objectives and industry best practices.
- Lead and manage a team of quality assurance professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
- Organize and assist manual quality assurance professionals to ensure mínimal production defects.
- Establish and maintain quality control processes, including the development and execution of test plans, test cases, and test scripts
- Participate in post release production validation as needed.
- Participate in all SCRUM events, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups.
- Mentor other QA team members and assist them with domain knowledge.
- Conduct thorough quality inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define quality metrics, set quality goals, and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Monitor and analyze quality metrics and key performance indicators, providing regular reports and insights to senior leadership.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements related to quality assurance
- Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement, promoting awareness and adherence to quality standards across the organization.

**Requirements**:

- 8+ years of experience in quality assurance, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role
- 5+ years of experience SDLC in an Agile/SCRUM environment including strong hands-on background.
- 5+ years’ experience in the financial services, credit or FINTECH industry.
- Aptitude for learning new systems, technologies, and concept.
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Proven experience in developing and implementing quality control processes and procedures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and drive effective solutions
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; relevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, ASQ) are desirable
