OTT Pay provides high-quality one-stop services to nearly 10,000 merchants within Canada, including aggregated digital payment services, value-added marketing services, and e-commerce services through our platforms.

We are looking for a Manager, Quality Assurance, to join our team and lead our Quality Assurance team.

As the Manager, Quality Assurance, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quality standards, tools, and methods to ensure effective testing and identification of defects. You will also oversee integration, E2E and user acceptance testing efforts, and foster a culture of quality across the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, vendors, and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality products and services on schedule.

**What you bring to the table**:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
7-10 years of experience in quality assurance in automation and manual testing within software development in the payment processing, PayFac and PayFac SAAS industry
Min of 5 years experience managing a quality assurance team and experience building, growing, mentoring QA associates
Experience planning and executing end-to-end testing of integrated systems including validation of the integration layer.
