**Purpose**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Ensure that all inbound calls are handled in a timely and effective manner for service department and dealership.
- Perform outbound calls.
- Follow scripts and guidelines on all inbound and outbound calls.
- Be prepared, friendly, knowledgeable, and confident on every call.
- Ensure all the appointments are set accordingly.
- Schedule appointments timely appointments,
- Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other service personnel and departments promptly.
- Commitment to remain informed about product.
**Job Requirements: Skills / Experience**
- Automotive/Service Dealership knowledge and experience a must.
- Prior experience in a Dealership environment is a must. Back round with CDK system. Customer service and/or reception highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
- Customer contact experience required.
- Outgoing and patient personality with good customer relations ability.
- Professional Personal Experience is a must along with being a Team player.
- Excellent work ethic
- Experience with ADP/CDK Computer systems
- Xtime appointment system
- Automotive Dealership experience required.
- Must be on time, cheerful, and team player.
- Must be able to work on Saturdays if needed.
- Self-motivated
- Appointment Coordinator/phone/ experience a plus
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
