Drive Autogroup is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service BDC Representative to play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences for our dealership clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support all efforts to establish a best-in-class guest experience
  • Schedule service appointments and ensure timely follow-up
  • Provide professional and effective communication with customers
  • Generate appointments through outbound prospecting and lead activity management
  • Confirm and reschedule missed appointments
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Update records and enter customer information into data management systems
  • Assist with other duties as assigned by direct manager

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of CDK and/or Xtime a definite asset
  • Ability to utilize multiple computer programs simultaneously
  • Sales experience and customer service skills
  • Automotive knowledge an asset, but not necessary
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment preferred
