Drive Autogroup is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service BDC Representative to play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences for our dealership clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support all efforts to establish a best-in-class guest experience
- Schedule service appointments and ensure timely follow-up
- Provide professional and effective communication with customers
- Generate appointments through outbound prospecting and lead activity management
- Confirm and reschedule missed appointments
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Update records and enter customer information into data management systems
- Assist with other duties as assigned by direct manager
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of CDK and/or Xtime a definite asset
- Ability to utilize multiple computer programs simultaneously
- Sales experience and customer service skills
- Automotive knowledge an asset, but not necessary
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment preferred
