**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Effectively provide leadership and coaching within a diverse, multicultural environment to ITAs that work remotely
- Manage, nurture and develop a team with little to no prior travel industry experience to ensure seamless communication and collaboration across various cultural backgrounds
- Proven track record in successful team leadership and training, particularly in remote settings is essential
- Fostering a positive and inclusive work culture among professionals embarking on a new career path
- Carrying out assessments of training sessions and evaluate partner performance to guarantee that the training provided in each cohort aligns with the established standards of the program
- Produce learning resources such as video tutorials, quick reference guides and other job aids
- Provide advanced support of the Microsoft Office suite of products
- Participate in the identification and development of new technology initiatives and provide ad hoc project management
- Coordinate pilot testing of new technology as required
- Oversee training impact measurement, reporting and trend analysis and consult withstakeholders based on these results
- Analyze learner performance data to illustrate meaningful performance trends and identify bestpractices and areas for improvements
- Evaluate new and existing training materials and suggest any improvements or changes thatmay be required
- Conduct needs analysis and job task and skill building activities
- Conduct needs analysis and job task analysis to identify gaps for new and current trainingprograms
- Scope projects and evaluate existing documentation to identify the most appropriate change,learning and communication solutions
- Utilizing day to day tools and platforms to enhance learning experience such as Articulate,Storyline, etc

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 2 years of Travel Industry experience in conducting training sessions for travel advisors is required
- Knowledge and experience in LMS Administration is an asset
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and Document Management Software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and comfortable working with new technologies
- Knowledgeable in training and development best practices and adult learning principles
- Proven experience with coordinating and tracking organizational training through a Learning Management System and creating reports using learning analytical tools
- Experienced in using virtual meeting platforms such as Teams, Zoom, etc
- TICO accredited
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Independent self starter with the ability to collaborate well with others
- Thrives in a KPI driven environment
- Ability to build trust and work through conflict

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
