Richmond, Canada Approach Climbing Full time

We recognize that climbing gyms have become an essential and accessible space for personal and social health and growth. We hope you recognize this, too, and wish to contribute to spreading the positive benefits of climbing, and nurture the climbing community.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist customers, process memberships and payments
- Do climber orientations with new customers
- Learn and operate Approach Gym Management software
- Maintain gym cleanliness and organization
- Monitor climbing areas for safety concerns
- Provide basic climbing and company information to new visitors
- Assist with community events and programs

**Requirements**:

- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency / ability to learn gym-specific software

**Appreciated (Not Required) Qualifications**
- Previous customer support experience
- Experience working in a climbing gym
- Knowledge of climbing and bouldering
- Chinese speaking proficiency

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 40 per week
