**BD and Marketing Assistant | Codan Canada Inc.**

Codan Canada is the Toronto office of Conyers, a leading international law firm advising on the laws of Bermuda, the British Virgin Islands and the Cayman Islands. Conyers has over 160 lawyers in six offices worldwide and is affiliated with the Conyers Client Services group of companies, which provide corporate administration, secretarial, trust and management services.

**Key Job Accountabilities**
- Serve as the centralized coordination hub for global BD team efforts for planning, tracking and ensuring timely execution of planned initiatives, including the annual business planning process
- Manage processing of the department invoices and digital campaigns
- Prepare briefs for collateral, advertising, content and events in collaboration with BD Specialists/ Senior Manager of BD
- Liaise with CRM Administrator on distribution of electronic communications and provide backup support for list creation
- Assist with digital campaign maintenance, analytics, and web posts
- Assist BD Specialists with the planning and execution of Firm events, sponsorships and conferences
- Assist the CMO and Senior Managers with administrative support as required

**Key Job Requirements**
- A university or college degree/diploma (preferably in marketing) or a comparable equivalent
- Relevant experience in business, marketing or project management preferred
- Strong ability to multi-task, react, think quickly and connect the dots
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage/prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
- Confident, positive self-starter and team player who can build relationships and win the trust of professionals at all levels of the Firm
- Excellent communications skills: timely follow-up, ability to articulate objectives, strategies and tactics to various departments
- Outstanding organizational skills and project management experience: ability to manage/prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong computer skills are essential, including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access etc

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
