Vancouver, Canada Even Better Painting Full time

At Even Better Painting we are trying to find people like you to be a part of our Outbound Sales Team.

This position is much more than just a "job", this is an entrepreneurial opportunity for anyone that wants to learn and grow.

Even Better Painting is looking for door to door sales people that are willing to undergo a Full-Fledged Mentorship in Sales, Entrepreneurship, and personal development overall.

There is also no hard sell, we are simply looking for future customers' contact information and setting up appointments so our Senior Sales people can close the deals.

We provide the guidelines and training so you can become successful in this position.

What begins as a sales position could lead to you running an entire team with a crazy override and compensation structure. There are many opportunities to grow in our company.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Hours are flexible and can range from 10 (minimum) - 40 hours per week (or more if wanted).

**Salary**: $20 hourly Plus $25 Commission per set appointment for our sales team. On average you will be able to set 1 appointment per hour, or at the worst 1 appointment every two hours. This means on average you will make between $30 and $50 per hour.

There are more bonuses as well if you hit your weekly and monthly goals. If you work more than what is considered part time hours
