Framatome is seeking a Business Develpoment Coordinator for our office in Kincardine or Pickering, Ontario. The Business Development Coordinator will learn the knowledge of proposal development process for winning proposals. Accuracy of baseline content and outlines RFP's including creating compliance matrices. Formats and coordinates the preparation of materials needed for each proposal. Handles all administrative functions including final proposal production, reprographics, binding and finishing of document(s). Coordinates final book check process and ensures proposals are delivered within designated timeline.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Updating and maintaining corporate proposal repositories.
  • Ensuring adequate supplies on hand to produce quality proposals.
  • Administers proposal support tools, including online workspaces and proposal team collaboration tools.
  • Develops compliance matrix.
  • Manages the final proposal production effort including converting documents to color "pdf", scanning documents, copying documentation, printing tabs, assembling documentation into binders, as appropriate.
  • Works with REPRO during printing and packaging of submittal. Proofing colors, laminating and dye cutting of tabs/dividers, etc.
  • Assits in Preperation of propricer estimates and lowboard preperations.
  • Assists in format proposals (including text and graphics) in compliance with client as well as internal branding guidelines.
  • Schedules meetings relating to proposals, business development and marketing.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks successfully.
  • Ability to work as an individual and as team leader and/or member.
  • Organized and heightened attention to detail ; Experience manipulating and formatting graphics for proposals ;
  • Flexibility and capability to work multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • Highly selfmotivated with a "cando" attitude, and able to work well with mínimal supervision.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and direction in a very dynamic work environment. Proven ability to meet strict deadlines 100% of the time, without fail.
  • Excellent organization/time management skills.
  • Ability to interface and work with all levels of personnel (and occasionally teaming partners and/or subcontractors) in a team environment.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse and strong personalities withn a fast pace dynamic environment.

  • Physical Requirements:
