Vancouver, Canada Regency Lexus Full time

We are piloting a new role at Regency Lexus. This role will have a dual responsibility.
- The primary role will encompass generating business through proactive marketing of Regency Auto’s existing database of clients.

**Delivery Specialist Responsibilities**:

- Present features and technology of new and used vehicles to guests.
- Help guests learn about the technology in the vehicles.
- Help set up new and used vehicles during the vehicle delivery process.
- Follow up with guests for any post delivery vehicle questions.
- Film and speak in vehicle walkaround/car inventory videos.

**Qualifications/Skills**:

- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Must be outgoing with strong presentation and communication skills.
- Fluent in English (Cantonese and/or Mandarin is an asset).
- Must be professional and reliable to properly represent the Lexus brand.
- **BDC Responsibilities**:_
- Contact via telephone Regency Lexus Database guests utilizing dealership software: AutoAlert.
- Must be willing and have the skills to generate a certain number of contacts per day and generate sales appointments.
- **Other General Responsibilities**:_
- Operate within Regency Auto’s Core Values of Integrity, Responsibility and Respect.
- Maintain the highest quality of customer satisfaction.
- Hone and develop skills as a business development professional through ongoing training and development.
- Work well independently and as part of a team.
- To build lasting client relationships and reinforce the Regency Auto brand.
- **Competencies**:_
- Minimum 2 years of business development experience preferably in a high growth, multi-channel automotive retail environment.
- Smart, intelligent, fun, goal oriented, and driven by Integrity, Responsibility & Respect.

- Ability to work both independently and with a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain composure and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Superior communication skills, solid problem solving skills and an ability to prioritize demands and manage expectations.
