**Objectif principal**

Relevant directement du superviseur administratif, l’adjointe administrative aura la responsabilité de gérer de manière efficiente et efficace les tâches assignées liées aux exigences opérationnelles de Service Coordination Soutien et des Services de l’Ontario pour les personnes ayant une déficience intellectuelle de la région de l’Est.

**Principales responsabilités**
- Coordonner les réunions, les calendriers, les ordres du jour et les procès-verbaux.
- Travailler sur des projets administratifs précis et les services administratifs tel qu’assigné par le superviseur administratif.
- Fournir un soutien en matière de rapports.
- Relire, transcrire et corriger l’information contenue dans les lettres et les documents.
- Effectuer diverses tâches de saisie de données.
- Mettre à jour le site Web de SCS et le portail _Mon outil de recherche_.
- Aider à organiser des événements organisationnels.
- Surveiller et tenir à jour l’inventaire des approvisionnements en fournitures et des processus d’approvisionnement.
- Assurer le soutien jusqu’à la réception.

**Connaissances et compétences**:

- Diplôme d’études collégiales en administration de bureau ou en administration des affaires, ou combinaison équivalente d’études et d’expérience.
- Trois à cinq ans d’expérience dans un bureau administratif, un atout.
- Compétences en communication verbale et écrite en français et en anglais.
- Connaissance intermédiaire de Microsoft Office, y compris Excel, Teams et Adobe.
- Excellente connaissance des principes et des pratiques du service à la clientèle.
- Capacité à hiérarchiser les tâches, faire preuve de souplesse et d’initiative.
- Capacité à appliquer des protocoles de sécurité et de confidentialité.
- Engagement envers une éthique de travail professionnelle en coopérant et en collaborant avec les clients internes et externes, les clients, les bénévoles et les collaborateurs. Capacité à travailler efficacement avec de multiples parties prenantes et des priorités concurrentes. Excellentes compétences en organisation, en communication et en résolution de problèmes.

**Conditions de travail**

Le travail est normalement effectué dans un environnement de bureau standard. On peut s’attendre à des interruptions constantes, mais le travail est généralement planifié avec des priorités établies à l’avance.
