We excel in software development and digital marketing, aiming to revolutionize boating through innovation and technology.
At Skipperi, we believe that shared boating is smart boating. Our members get to enjoy boating through a modern, digitized, and hassle-free fleet. Our Skipperi service, featuring over 300 shared-use boats, spans 60+ locations across seven countries.

Our fully digital check-in and check-out processes are unparalleled in the industry and our location based real-time data allows for safer operation and monitoring of the boats and the fleet. Our Skipperi Academy offers comprehensive online and practical training to ensure boater safety.
**What we are looking for**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Business growth**:Grow our business profitably in the greater Toronto area and in Canada
- **Sales**: Act as the primary driver of sales in Canada
- **Team leadership**:Lead our awesome Canadian team
- **Relationship Building**: Establish and maintain relationships with boaters, city officials, the boating industry, and Skipperi's partners.
- **Champion Boating Culture**: Serve as the spokesperson and pioneer for a new boating culture in Canada.
- **Community Building**: Collaborate with our marketing team to build a vibrant local Skipperi community.
- **Service Management**: Oversee the Skipperi Fleet service in Toronto.

- **Strategic Thinking**: Ability to develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business goals and expand market presence.
- **Operational Excellence**: Experience in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient processes and high-quality service delivery.
- **Financial Acumen**: Proficiency in budgeting, financial planning, and P&L management.
- **Team Leadership**: Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and motivate a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- **Hands on attitude**:We have a small team where everyone needs to be involved.
- **Customer Focused**: Passion for delivering delightful customer experiences and continuously improving customer satisfaction.

- **Boating Knowledge**: Experience in boating is highly desirable; networks in the boating industry are a plus.
