Rental Desk/dispatch Coordinator

**Rental/dispatch Coordinator required immediately**

**The hours for this role are 7:00 am - 4:00 pm**

- Responsible for answering customer calls about equipment to be rented or inquiries.
- Communicate effectively with Rental Manager, Service Manager and Drivers on a daily basis
- Coordinate preparation & shipment of rental orders with shop personnel
- Maintain an accurate inventory of rental units and update board accordingly
- Provide correspondence, memos, minutes and reports
- Answer and direct incoming calls in a pleasant, professional and timely manner; direct calls to the appropriate recipient
- Prepare rental contract/agreements and associated documents
- Follow up with customers to confirm pending orders or explain billing issues
- Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed
- Other duties/projects as assigned
- **Qualifications**:

- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Experience with multi-line switchboard phone system and office equipment
- Minimum 5 years reception and administrative experience
- Solid MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Internet Explorer
- Strong customer service skills are required
- Strong attention to detail

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
