**Location**: Montreal, QC.
About the Role
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manger in Montreal, you will be responsible for all aspects of sales and client relations. The Inside sales representative plays a key role in the sales process and works closely with Account Managers to ensure maximum revenue generation, including preparation, coordination, maintenance and execution of national sales contracts and proposals. The role will also challenge you to think outside the box, work with the Tempo team to develop creative ways to drive incremental revenue.

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as the main point of contact for all day to day transactional business involving the agency buying community. This will include the selling and maintenance of existing campaigns
- Develop, book and maintain on air transactional media campaigns, based on specific AOR/agency requirements with input from Account Managers
- Develop relationships with buyers to learn their business and communication needs
- Identify opportunities to up sell the agency buyer on requested share, list of Corus networks and program sponsorships
- Accompany the Account Manager on agency visits involving programming updates, entertainment opportunities and various other meetings that will strengthen relationships with the agency buying community
- Renegotiate and manage make goods/pre-emptions as required, and maintain accurate files so that changes/revisions to any contract can be easily tracked to the original

**What We Need From You**:

- Proficient in S4M, Salesforce and MS Office or a quick-study in learning software programs
- Organized and detail-orientated, accurate and a quick learner
- Excellent communication skills in French and English both oral and written with the ability to maintain a professional approach at all times
- Desire and commitment to working in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented, client-focused environment
- Ability to work well as part of a team, with a comfort level working independently as required
- Post-secondary education in a related field would be preferred
