**YOUR MISSION**
Reporting to the Technical Support Team Manager, the PDM Analyst plays a crucial role in the management of computer-aided design (CAD) files, working with the Information Management team to ensure their integrity, security and accessibility throughout their lifecycle. Works with users to design and optimize PDM processes and workflows to ensure their efficiency. He/she trains and supports users in PDM system best practices and ensures data consistency between different systems. The aim of this position is to optimize product data management processes, thus contributing to the efficiency and quality of projects.
**Responsibilities:
- Ensure the integration, collaboration (internal or external) and accessibility of technical drawings with all Cirque stakeholders;
- Manage and maintain the environment for AutoCAD, SolidWorks and other tools (menus, LISP, etc.), including monitoring CAD licenses.
- Contribute to carrying out needs analyses, establishing, developing and implementing CAD solutions, procedures and tools for managing and locating drawings such as profile card and title block metadata, as well as safety diagrams in line with technical documentation standards.
- Provide appropriate training for Cirque designers and their partners (internal or external) in the use of and compliance with Cirque PDM systems and standards.
- Communicate and disseminate procedures and information on the CAD environment.
- Ensure seamless integration of EPDM with the EDMS tool (SharePoint, M365).
- Support the Information Management team in advanced practices for the integration, management and preservation of technical drawings, as well as in the training this team provides to Cirque's technical community.
**YOUR UNIQUE EXPERTISE**
- Practical experience with SolidWorks PDM or Autodesk Vault.
- Experience in managing technical documentation and using an EDMS.
- Strong data management and organizational skills.
- Ability to solve complex technical problems.
- Excellent communication, needs analysis and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of product development and project management processes.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and French.
- Excellent adaptability, flexibility and user training skills.
- Ability to plan, organize work and be a good team player.
- Degree in engineering, computer science or related field.
- Proven track record in product data management.
- Relevant PDM or CAD certifications an asset.
