- What You Will Accomplish- Provide day-to-day support to our sales workforce with activities such as opportunity workflows and troubleshooting errors in the sales process.
- Liaise with Business Systems in logging incidents and problem resolution as well as participate in testing activities required to release changes to production.
- Collaborate with Order Operations to expedite opportunities through to closed-won and order fulfillment.
- Optimize the sales process by identifying opportunities for improvement and recommending change.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to support deal requirements across region and ensure positive customer experience through all steps of the customer journey.
- Partner with the Regional Revenue Operations Managers to understand the needs of sales leaders and their teams and provide support where needed.

- Ability to independently manage deadlines and handle multiple competing priorities.
- Strong analytical skills, including various techniques in data analysis and report development across a variety of tools, such as MS Excel.
