Personal Assistant to CEO

**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Have great sales ability
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain organized files to ensure easy access to important documents.
- Assist with proofreading documents and preparing reports for meetings.
- Support various administrative tasks, including clerical work and office management duties.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks as required.
- Personal household management needed
- Caring for the CEO's dog, regularly as well as when she travels.
- Must have open avail - and not have any responsibilities that restricts your work.
**Qualifications**
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Looking for a Highly Skilled Computer Professional
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly skilled with data entry and maintaining accurate records.
- Attention to detail and strong proofreading abilities are essential.
- Ability to work independently while also being a team player in a dynamic environment.
- Must have your own vehicle
