As the CEO at Brilliant Brothers Services, you will play a pivotal role in steering the company towards excellence. Your primary responsibility is the growth and profitability of the company. This task is broken down by ensuring all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met and exceeded, maintaining the highest standards across all areas of the business. You will oversee company culture, employee satisfaction, compensation, staffing, and operational efficiency within both the sales and production departments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **KPI Management**: Monitor and ensure all KPIs are consistently met and exceeded. Address any underperformance promptly to restore optimal levels.
- **Company Culture**:Foster a positive and inclusive company culture where all employees feel happy, respected, and supported.
- **Manage the budget**:Manage the company fiscal year budget to ensure we are delivering our services at a profitable and sustainable rate.
- **Staffing**: Lead hiring and firing processes to build a strong, capable team.
- **Operational Efficiency**: Enhance efficiency in the sales and production departments, ensuring smooth and productive operations.
- **Dual Role**:Act as a backup Sales Manager and Production Manager, stepping in to maintain KPI standards when needed.
