**Full Job Description**:
At Mindbody Wellness Centre we call our front desk receptionist a Wellness Advisor as the role is more than administrative tasks. You are part of the client’s journey to feeling better and wellness. You are the matchmaker between client to treatment, first by understanding the needs of the client, then educating them the difference between modalities and connecting them to therapy. Often, patients resist therapy as they do not know what to expect and it is our job to share information about the modalities and therapist’s style to best match the two.

Mindbody Wellness Centre is dedicated to supporting a balanced, healthy lifestyle by bringing together a team of complementary healthcare professionals under one roof to provide an integrative approach to wellness. Working with our multidisciplinary team to resolve health issues from the inside out and to promote a healthy and active lifestyle, our practitioners are trained and experienced in a wide range of treatments, including manual therapy, complementary, and alternative medicine. Our team is passionate about bringing patients back to balance with happy minds and healthy bodies.
**Qualifications and Desired Skills**:
- Must have weekend and weekday night shift availability _(until 7:45pm)_
- Must be able to work for 10 hours a week
- Ability to speak Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) is a plus
- Strong computer skills (preferred)
- Efficiency and ability to pay attention to detail
- Ability to exhibit a positive attitude and work well with both patients and other staff members
- Ability to multitask and work collaboratively with the staff members
- Excellent communication and hospitality skills

**Responsibilities**:
- Welcome and assist clients efficiently, courteously, and professionally at all times
- Report to work on time and according to the posted schedule
- Efficiently handle and respond to clients’ reservations, appointments, and booking inquiries online and in-person
- Handle clients’ payments (online and in-person) and follow all cash handling procedures
- Be knowledgeable on the basic information about our services to be able to guide clients through our offerings
