Sales Manager

Reporting to the Vice President the Sales manager of PLF will be responsible for leading and motivating our sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets. This role entails developing and implementing strategic sales plans, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with key clients.
The Sales manager must analyze market trends, manage budgets, and coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure customer demands are met efficiently. Additionally, this role involves mentoring and training sales staff, conducting performance evaluations, and fostering a collaborative and results driven team environment.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets.
- Prepare and manage budgets and forecasts with the other management
- Analyze sales data and metrics to assess team performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor, evaluate, and make recommendations with respect to lost sales opportunities to continually improve upon sales results.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Implement CRM tools and systems to streamline sales processes and enhance customer relationships and internal effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and prospects.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that encourages innovation and high performance.
