**Your Role**:
Strategic Growth: Be the catalyst for our brands' upward trajectory, focusing on increasing volume, expanding distribution, and enhancing overall impact in the market.
Relationship Building: Cultivate and nurture relationships with our valued retailers. Your role is not just about sales; it's about creating partnerships that stand the test of time.
Sales and Merchandising: Dive into the dynamic world of sales and merchandising, bringing creativity and enthusiasm through planning and execution.
Compliance and Efficiency: Navigate the sales landscape with ease by complying with and utilizing our team's established processes, procedures, and tools. Your attention to detail ensures seamless operations.
**What You'll Do**:
This role is anything but desk-bound. If you thrive on being out and about, you'll love hitting the road for regular maintenance visits to our valued retailers. You'll be following an outlined schedule to uphold consistency, all while ensuring that our shelves remain well-stocked with our brands. Get ready to make genuine connections while enjoying the freedom of a role that keeps you on the move
While this position does involve some light computer work, the good news is that you can comfortably handle it from your own home. Participate in our daily sales meetings, and manage your territory by consistently updating your sales plans and staying informed about the latest developments in the area.
If your territory includes community events and local sponsorships, you'll be the one setting targets, obtaining budget approvals, and leading the charge within the designated parameters.

**Salary**: From $51,000.00 per year
