**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Team Leadership**:Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- **Sales Strategy**: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes to maximize revenue and profitability.
- **Customer Satisfaction**:Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining excellent sales service and addressing customer concerns promptly.
- **Performance Monitoring**:Monitor sales metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports to General Manager and adjusting strategies as needed.
- **Market Analysis**: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats.
- **Collaboration**:Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities and campaigns.
- **Inventory Management**:Coordinate with the Inventory Manager to ensure optimal stock levels and vehicle availability.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all sales activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- In-depth knowledge of the automotive industry and market trends.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
