We are now looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our dedicated sales team and drive our sales operations.

**Position Overview**:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a proactive leader who can inspire and guide the sales team towards achieving exceptional performance levels.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales objectives.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and team performance.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies as needed.
- Oversee all dealership sales negotiations and transactions.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the automotive industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of the automotive sales process and market trends.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field preferred.

Pay: $36,629.04-$138,849.61 per year

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Management: 2 years (preferred)
