Sales & Marketing Manager

**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement comprehensive media strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Utilize analytics tools to monitor campaign performance and generate actionable insights for optimization.
- Collaborate with graphic designers to create visually appealing advertisements and promotional materials using Adobe Creative Suite.
- Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to inform media planning and execution.
- Coordinate advertising efforts across various platforms, including digital ads, print media, and social media promotions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all channels.
- Aggressively seek out new business opportunities.
**Experience**
- Proven experience as a marketing management, sales manager, or a related field with a strong understanding of digital marketing principles.
- Passionate about product desigm and customer success.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to conduct thorough research to support marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication skills with a creative mindset.

Pay: $52,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
