**WINMAR® Marketing & Social Media Manager**

analyze performance, and ensure the successful implementation of marketing initiatives.

**Essential Job Functions**

**Development and Social Media Marketing Strategy**:

- Develop and communicate company-wide marketing strategy
- Plan, develop, and direct various marketing strategies to boost sales
- Determine ROI and demographic targets

**Digital Marketing Management**:

- Oversee social media accounts and website for customer engagement and positive PR
- Implement SEO strategies for online media presence
- Organize social media contests and collect prizes and rewards
- Plan and order company brochures for trade shows

**Research and Analysis**:

- Research trends, brainstorm ideas, and troubleshoot campaigns
- Analyze customer feedback and campaign performance
- Conduct thorough research and problem solving
- Conduct market research and monitor competitors

**Sponsorship Management**:

- Review and manage sponsorship requests for alignment with WINMAR
- Negotiate sponsorship terms and oversee production/installation & ongoing maintenance
- Manage sponsorship budgets across 6 locations

**Event Planning and Execution**:

- Register, set up and execute tradeshows; organize other events
- Schedule volunteers, procure booth materials and order promotional products
- Organize morale-boosting events and team initiatives

**Communication and Collaboration**:

- Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication
- Work effectively in a team environment
- Collaborate with location managers on advertising campaigns and pricing
- Meet regularly with business development and location managers for project oversight
- Effectively communicate with diverse audiences
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders

**Project Management and Administration**:

- Demonstrate exceptional organizational and planning skills
- Possess strong attention to detail and creative thinking
- Perform well under pressure and adapt to changing situations
- Manage large projects to completion
- Keep track of staff information and maintain event calendar
- Gather and submit marketing agreements and invoices quarterly
- Coordinate distribution of event tickets to staff and clients
- Attend networking events and charitable dinners
