Role Summary

**Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative support to managers, supervisors, and staff within the organization
- Processing Field Tickets
- Assist field staff with administrative duties
- Filing, scanning and organization of all daily field tickets; and
- Additional and alternative duties that may be changed from time-to-time by the Employer.

**Qualifications**
- 2 - 5 years of relevant industry experience would be considered an asset
- Strong communication skills, good organizational skills
- Creative problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail
- Developed computer skills with strong knowledge of MS Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Ability to work within a team environment

Key Performance Indicators
- Efficient coordination of designated projects
- Ensure client deliverables on designated projects are met

**Salary**: $31,598.96-$55,000.00 per year

- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
