Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the scheduling of employee and contractor shifts, ensuring coverage for all locations
- Monitor and manage the scheduling software and ensure that schedules are accurate and up-to-date
- Ensuring that employee and contractor schedules align with company policies and procedures
- Coordinate with managers and supervisors to ensure that employee and contractor schedules align with departmental goals and objectives
- Communicate schedule changes and updates to relevant parties in a timely and effective manner
- Monitor and track attendance for employee and contractor shifts
- Manage the booking of event rooms and locations for training and other events
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to schedule events and training sessions
- Assist with hiring and recruitment when they are not able to cover all shifts
- Troubleshoot scheduling conflicts and work to resolve them in a timely manner
- Provide administrative support to the organization as needed

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in a scheduling or administrative support role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency with scheduling software and other productivity tools
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
