**Sales and Recruitment Coordinator**

**Purpose**
- The Sales & Recruitment Coordinator’s role focuses on developing and fostering agent relationships and student support while promoting ILAC HE programs.
- Working closely together with the Regional Sales & Recruitment Manager, the Coordinator will identify new opportunities within the markets and ensure that the ILAC Higher Education brand continues its excellent reputation in the industry.
**Job Duties and Responsibilities**
- Manages all agent networks in source countries and onshore including fairs, agent visits and training.
- Conducts market and competitor research and reports on educational trends and developments to the Regional Recruitment Manager
- Participates in planning of sales and recruitment campaigns and events
- Develops ongoing competitor analysis and upward communication of market intel
- Collaborates with other Sales and Marketing Managers to develop short
- and long-term sales and recruitment strategic plans
- Works closely with the admissions team to ensure agent inquiries are answered in a timely manner and operational tasks are executed within the expected deadlines.
- Responsible for screening and vetting all future agent partners
- Deals with all agent inquires from first point of contact and throughout the relationship, including updates on new products and trends
- Creates a strategic annual recruitment and travel calendar and plan in accordance with the Regional Recruitment Manager
- Ensure students and agents submit accurate and timely documents, including but not limited to confirmation letters, pre-arrival information and visa documents.
- Provides accurate and insightful monthly sales reports
- Ensures all agents are in good standing
- Maintains the accuracy and integrity of student records, both for ILAC HE internal purposes and for external compliance purposes.
- Maintains positive and constructive relations with colleagues across the ILAC HE matrix
- Maintains a good working knowledge of the ILAC HE software processes and databases
- Supports in the orientation sessions for new students when necessary.
- Other duties as required.
**Requirements**:
- University or college degree in business or related field, or an appropriate combination of education and experience
- Excellent command of the English and Spanish language
- Sales experience, preferably in the international education sector
- Motivated by the prospect of achieving demanding sales targets
- Show a commitment to providing an extremely high level of customer service internally and externally
- Enthusiastic, energetic and excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Expected to travel, must have the ability to work autonomously and as part of the wider Sales team (comprehensive training will be provided)
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Experience of working with international students
