  • Recruitment Expertise:
    • You understand the recruitment process inside and out, including recruitment strategies, sales optimization, and coaching consultants through challenges.
  • Leadership Skills:
    • You have a proven track record of managing and developing teams, inspiring others, maintaining high morale, and creating a supportive culture.
  • Sales and Business Development Knowledge:
    • You're comfortable with the sales side of recruitment and can help consultants refine their techniques to drive revenue.
  • Coaching & Mentoring:

This is a remote position, with the flexibility to work from anywhere within Canada. The compensation package includes a base salary of $100,000 to $120,000, plus incentives, benefits, and 3 weeks' vacation.
