**About the Role**:
**Your Role on the Team**:

- Provide overall administrative and operational support to the Executive Leadership Team; utilize best-in-class communication skills, forward-thinking strategies and tactics, and build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate and prioritize Executive daily schedules and calendar management:

- arrange and book (and rebook) meetings, act as a liaison between employees, clients, and industry stakeholders
- Plan and book travel itineraries:

- coordinate related arrangements and information, determine and negotiate complex scheduling issues
- Prepare expense reports for Executive review and submission via each team members Workday portal
- Undertake special projects as requested:

- including all-company meetings, town halls, Executive Leadership Team offsite meetings, holiday events, special industry events, etc.
- Participate in Executive level meetings:

- develop and distribute agendas, meeting minutes and collaboratively manage action items with precision
- Interface with high-level administrators within/outside the company requiring considerable discretion and judgment related to case and time sensitive matters

- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team, under pressure, and to meet tight deadlines
- Polished, confident, and upbeat personality. Ability to collaborate and build credibility across different levels of the organization.
- Proven track record of successfully managing upwards.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all situations. Ability to exercise discretion, sound judgment and significant initiative
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suit: Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point, Adobe Reader, and standard office equipment

What experience are we looking for?
- Bachelor's Degree or diploma in business and/or marketing,** OR **equivalent experience
- 4+ years of relevant experience supporting senior-level Executives
