**About this opportunity**
As an integral part of our Digital Marketing Team, you will maximize CBI Health Group’s digital presence and brand visibility to accelerate the company’s business growth, enhance existing customer and client relationships.
The Digital Marketing Manager is accountable for helping to develop and execute on digital marketing strategies, project manage of digital projects, measure and report on the effectiveness and optimization of all digital assets at CBI Health Group. We will look to you to manage all digital programs and initiatives while adhering to digital brand standards. The Digital Marketing Manager will be required to partner with internal stakeholders to develop digital solutions and also be hands-on in driving marketing programs. You will be responsible for inbound marketing, website operations, team administration, budget management, project management, and reporting.
**Take an inside look at what you’ll do each day**
- Oversee the development and execution of project deliverables for key digital projects
- Manage projects, agencies, resources, timelines in order to meet business objectives and provide day-to-day project contact for stakeholders
- Have a comprehensive understanding of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and SEM (Search Engine Marketing)
- Collaborate with integrated marketing team to plan, implement and optimize digital marketing campaigns tied to measurable business objectives
- Work with our vast network to educate and facilitate all digital initiatives
- Measure and report on key KPI performance for all digital marketing campaigns and marketing assets
- Develop a positive end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Collaborate with team on creative briefs, web content and page optimization to deliver exceptional user experience and reporting
- Gather and leverage data, and deploy marketing research as required, to deepen customer insight and understanding
- Contribute to improving satisfaction of CBI high-value external customers, such as key funding aggregators, and internal customers (i.e., Operations)
- Evaluate emerging technologies, software, and social media in order to keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing
**What you need to be successful**
- 3 - 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing
- Education or background in Digital Marketing, Bachelors of Marketing, Communications or equivalent
- Experience and understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with very strong understanding of digital marketing analytics and ROI attribution
- Must be able to manipulate data, understand complex datasets
- Experience with Google Analytics, Content Management Systems, Customer Relations Management tools, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
- Understanding of Photoshop, InDesign and illustrator
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects
- Strong understanding of paid digital advertising and digital lead generation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
