A typical day for the Client Information Representative
- Greeting pension plan members, pensioners and guests coming into the Alberta Pensions Services building.
- Accepting incoming pension paperwork and answering high-level pension inquiries.
- Connecting with members and pensioners through online communication channels.
- Processing activities related to contact with members and pensioners, such as updating notes and communicating with other teams when necessary.
- Using resources and seeking guidance from team members to supplement or confirm knowledge.

What you bring
- Certificate or high school diploma.
- Work experience in a business or financial institution where face-to-face interaction is the top priority.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of specific benefits and pension plans is an asset.
- Knowledge of pension legislation and policies is desirable
