**We are an international company with sales managers and representatives in over 40 countries. Our work is in instrumentation and network sales. We work closely with business development, product management, marketing, finance and operations functions to drive top line growth in a sustainable fashion and in line with the corporate risk profile. We are a collaborative, curious and high functioning team of passionate Sales Professionals that strives for exceeding business goals and making our clients’ customers’ lives better.**:
**The Role**:
- Be the secondary contact for the Company's existing accounts and relationships in set geographical location(s) to secure organic growth and strengthen the Company's leadership and market share- Develop the knowledge necessary to be able to step in for the Sales Manager and Inside Sales Specialists and provide customer and client coverage, ensuring continuity of operations during their absence- Prepare and present unique and insightful solutions and proposals- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, R&D, Manufacturing, Operations and Services to deliver an outstanding customer experience- Proactively, and consistently manage the sales process through the company CRM, from quote to cash- Work with Sales Manager/s to help enable achievement of a set level of bookings, revenue and margin objectives on a yearly basis in support of the company’s goals- Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly responding to communications- Work with Sales Manager/s in coordinating RMA request process- Providing pricing assistance and fulfilling any pricing inquiries as needed- Assisting Sales Managers with proposals or sales presentations as required**What You Bring**:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; preferably in Geosciences- At least 2 years of previous inside sales / customer service experience- Previous experience supporting field Sales Managers, and selling to Academia and Government- Experience working with the Salesforce CRM platform would be considered an asset- Previous sales experience in geophysical equipment would be considered an asset
