Tavistock Community Health is currently looking for a Medical Office Administrator to join our team.

**What will your work day look like?**
- Communicate, greet, and serve all patients
- Schedule patient appointments and procedures, manage schedules, and respond to messages through EMR
- Liaison with nurses and physicians
- Fax requisitions, prescriptions and reports
- Process fee-for-service payments
- Create patient charts and enroll new patients
- Work with a multi-line phone system

**What will you bring to the table?**
- Medical office Assistant Certificate or equivalent experience
- Computer knowledge. Experience working with PS Suite EMR is an asset
- Previous medical office experience. Triaging skills will be considered an asset
- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality
- Excellent customer service skills required
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written)
- Strong multi-tasking skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Professional and positive attitude
