Purpose of Role: The Accounts Receivable Manager is responsible for managing the Canadian Accounts Receivable Team which includes credit, accounts receivable collections, month end reporting, liaising with GBS, and related accounting functions. There will be a major focus on process improvement in the management of accounts in accordance with company policies and procedures and working collaboratively with sales, customers, and project management teams to keep the accounts up-to-date.

Key Responsibilities:

- Focus Area: Establish and manage accounts receivable and credit function for Minerals Canada
- Focus Area: Review new customer accounts by performing credit checks and reviewing histories so as to set proper credit limits in consultation with management and negotiate with customers on credit limits/terms based on Departmental and Company policies.
- Focus Area: Work with Weir employees, sales representatives and customers to collect all past due customer accounts.
- Focus Area: Prepare monthly accounts receivable aging reports for management review and facilitate regular management review meetings.
- Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

- Bachelors Degree
- 7+ years of AR Management Experience
- SAP experience
