Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our team at Seventh Chakra Healing Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.
About the Role- This is a permanent full-time position working 35 hours per week.
- The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role and a secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Delegate tasks to office support staff to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Establish clear work priorities and ensure that procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Carry out various administrative activities, including data entry and payroll administration.
- Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including planning and controlling budgets and expenditures.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
