Security Operations Manager

**Job Description**:
The person in this position is responsible for ensuring the safety of a game's players. With the help of his or her team and the resources made available by Ubisoft's Security & Risk Management department, he or she analyzes threats to the game ecosystem and formulates a local protection and operations strategy to reduce attacks and cheating.

**What you’ll do**
- Lead the implementation and maintenance of a comprehensive local security program to analyze and remediate the risks surrounding the game in question.
- In alignment with Ubisoft's Security & Risk Management security strategy, develop the team's vision and production strategy to ensure game security and detect potential risk situations (cheating, hacking, infrastructure attacks).
- Implement an operations program to manage sanctions and user investigations.
- Coordinate and plan the work of the anti-cheating unit's multidisciplinary resources.
- Establish objectives and collaboration plans with partner service teams (SRM, Online platforms, IT, anti-cheat service providers, etc.) to increase game protection.
- Implement escalation and rapid response plans for critical situations impacting game users.
- Define and monitor key safety performance indicators to measure the health of the game after launch.
- Regularly monitor technological developments in the field of game security and threats.
- Use his/her expertise and experience to promote security awareness and education among production team members.

**Qualifications**:
**What you bring**
- University degree in computer science or related field
- Experience in team coordination and/or management.
- Experience in video game production and development, particularly online and/or mobile games.
- At least 5 years' experience in IT security or other relevant experience.
- Ability to interact with representatives from different backgrounds and to communicate technical or business concepts to all types of stakeholders (management, technical and business teams).
- Autonomous, proactive and results-oriented.
- Ability to make quick decisions in a changing environment.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to reach consensus and make new contacts.
- Bilingualism (French and English, spoken and written);
- General computer knowledge;
- General knowledge of IT security (processes and technologies);
- Knowledge of best practices and security governance frameworks.
