**Description de taches**
- Soutenir pleinement le chef de secteur dans les fonctions opérationnelles des différents sites
- Connaissance des politiques de l'entreprise/du client pour fournir des services opérationnels de qualité supérieure et assurer le bien-être des agents de sécurité
- Assurez-vous que le personnel du site est parfaitement formé, bien habillé et possède les connaissances nécessaires pour comprendre et suivre ses devoirs et responsabilités
- Superviser les opérations quotidiennes du site, les patrouilles et les vérifications ponctuelles des locaux
- S'assurer que les gardes suivent les post-commandes et adhèrent aux politiques de l'entreprise et du client
- Livraison de ressources sur le site selon les besoins et encadrement des gardes pour s'assurer que des services de haute qualité sont fournis
- Couvrir le quarts de travail au besoin
- Soutenir le chef de secteur avec les problèmes sur site, les interruptions et les plaintes dans le district assigné
- Aider le chef de secteur à s'assurer que tous les rapports de site du personnel sont remplis avec précision et professionnalisme
- Assumer le leadership et maintenir des relations de travail positives avec les gardes du site
- Offrir un excellent service à la clientèle à nos clients et à leurs clients
- Effectuer des tâches de sûreté et de sécurité avec les plus hauts standards de professionnalisme et d'intégrité
- Remplir les rapports d'incident et toute la documentation requise à des fins de sécurité
- Identifier les violations/menaces de sécurité, diffuser les situations volatiles et intervenir en conséquence, en respectant les politiques de l'entreprise
- Un permis de sécurité valide
- Disposé à fournir votre propre complet noir et cravate (an asset, not a requirement)
- Connaissance des 5 étapes pour anticiper les voleurs à l'étalage
- Expérience avec les arrestations et les détentions
- Expérience en sécurité dans le commerce de détail
- Expérience du service client
- Excellentes compétences en communication, tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral.
- Volonté d'assister aux réunions et d'améliorer ses compétences
- Capacité à travailler sans supervision étroite
- Doit être à l'aise de se tenir debout et patrouiller pendant toute la durée du quart de travail

**What you will do**
- Fully support the District Manager (DM) in operational functions of various sites.
- Knowledge of company/ client policies to deliver superior quality of operational services and to ensure the well-being of guards.
- Ensure site staff is fully trained, well-dressed, and possess the necessary knowledge to comprehend and follow their duties and responsibilities.
- Oversee daily site operations, patrols, and spot-check premises.
- Ensure guards are following Post-Orders and adhering to company and client policies.
- Delivery of resources to site as and when required and mentor guards to ensure high quality services are being provided.
- Cover floor time as required.
- Support DM with on-site issues, interruptions and complaints in the assigned district.
- Assist DM to ensure all staff site reports are completed accurately and professionally.
